This fun 4-session dance and fitness opportunity is for individuals with Down syndrome (and a friend) to get moving and take steps to a healthier lifestyle. Each session is instructor-led, with upbeat jams to get moving and modified moves to fit all participants. Registration available for ages 12 through adulthood.
