Please submit your loved ones photo here to be included on the Walk of Fame! By submitting your photo, you are providing permission for the Down Syndrome Society of Wichita to duplicate and use for public use.

• Please submit vertical photos.
• The appropriate sizing for photos is 8×10. We will resize photos if needed, but photos without much border or with additional people may omit subjects in the original photo to achieve correct sizing.
• Please do not remove pathway signs from the walk.
