What are Pathway Signs?
Pathways signs are signs that line the Walk of Fame on eh grounds of the event, and feature individuals with Down syndrome from across the served area. These signs are a sign of support, pride and celebration, to shine the light on the individuals who are the “stars” of the day. These signs feature participant information including age, location and name, along with a picture, submitted by the individual’s family.Â
The Walk of Fame also features a memorial section, remembering those who have changed our lives forever.
The organization will not include any photos or stars who have not been submitted to ensure permission of use. Â
Pathway picture submission Guidelines:
1. Pictures must be in vertical orientation, not horizonal orientation. If presented in the horizontal, it will be cropped.
2. The preferred size is 8×10.
3. Pictures must be submitted in . jpg, .png, or .gif format, or the system will not accept them. Please that that most iPhone pics are .heic.
4. The submission deadline is September 11, 2026. We are unable to accommodate late submissions.
5. Please limit additional people in the photo with your participant. Solo pictures are preferred.
