We have been fortunate to have a gift drive by from the students at East High school for a special gift give away for individuals with Down syndrome between 0-elementary school. We do have a cut off at 50, so sign up as soon as possible.
This fun 4-session dance and fitness opportunity is for individuals with Down syndrome (and a friend) to get moving and take steps to a healthier lifestyle. Each session is instructor-led, with upbeat jams to get moving and modified moves to fit all participants. Registration available for ages 12 through adulthood.
